Where did all my data go?!

I just renewed my subscription on June 1st with 50 gigs included and now it says that I’ve used it all in 1 day?! I have wifi at home and have never used all my included data in a month let alone in a day! Background app use is off unless on wifi.

Tried that, I received a text message saying that I had used all my data and offers for me to buy more

Login on the PM app. It seems to show the current usage.

maybe just browser cache, please use Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account to confirm again

and if you were using app, make sure you pull the screen down to force an update.  Or logoff and re-login to get the app really refresh
