@VinCro - is the the 4-digit account PIN being asked during activation of the SIM card? If so, this is one that is created by you. It is used for some services via 611 or calling your account from another phone/line. And also can be used to verify your account with public mobile agents when required.

Are you getting a message on your phone asking something about a pin or a puk? If so can you give us the exact wording?

@VinCro you set up the Pin when you first activated.
You can reset your PIN using My Account. Just login My Account and goto profile page and reset it there
