I would like to obtain receipts for,
1. Cell phone that was purchased on April 21, 2023
2. Monthly plan fees
Both receipts need to contain the followings;
1) Vendor name
2) Item/Product
3) Customer name
I am unable to locate the above in "my account". Could you please issue the receipts?

@Schnee for official invoice is, please open ticket with support and expect a turnaround of w 2 weeks
1. Please open ticket via Chatbot (requires access to My Account) using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Contact agent ", then click "Contact Us", then click "Other", click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗""
Next, enter your Community login, then enter your question. Finally use My Account login or 4 digits PIN to validate.

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
