It seems that all plans that include voice are now 3G. What happened to the all the 4G LTE plans that were there previously?

This is very accurate information, this is how they keep our costs for a monthly payment down so low they aren't paying for a bigger portal whole through the pipe in the internet.

Yes, correct. Anyone who has one keeps it until (if) they switch away from it.

But all the previous LTE plans are working in LTE speeds, right?

Absolutely correct @ShawnC13 .
But, she has probably summed things up fairly accurately otherwise.

Public Mobile had full LTE speed plans up until a few months ago when they removed the plan builder, so 4G wasn't transfered to Koodo when Telus purchased Public Mobile.

The 4G plans have been transferred over to Koodo since public mobile was purchased from Telus they created a three-tier kind of system.
Public Mobile
- offering highly competitive 3G Plans with BYOP plans, self-managed and done through online and community support
Koodo
- basic 4G plans and a variety of BYOP and also contract plans as well (if you look
Telus
- Full Phones, higher-cost plans but with full customer support
What you will need to do is find what is best for you, if LTE -- 4G is the way to go Koodo might be a better option, but if you want the best BYOP plans on the Market Public Mobile is the way to go!

They were eliminated a number of months back except the one data only plan. Most of the time your data will be on the 4G LTE Network but throttled to 3Mb/second.

There are no more 4G plans. The only 4G offering is the data add-on for 200 MB & 1GB.
If you have a Talk and/or Text Plan only with no data, the Data Add-Ons available to you will be defaulted to 4G LTE speed.
