hi @MicheDigue if you cannot. ake outbound calls, it is not a stuck port and no need to call porting team
instead, it is an account or sim setup problem. To get it working quicker , message support agent

Hi there, I replaced the SIM with the PM one, but cannot make outgoing calls …
Could this be because the other company has not released my phone number as of yet?

@MicheDigue Try the PM SIM card in the phone and reboot the device and test incomming and outgoing calls text and data .
