When could we use eSim?

I am an old user. I want to use eSIM card. Could anyone tell me when and how?

@win2018  Hopefully soon for us existing customers , for now it’s just for new activations for now unfortunately

Hi @win2018 i think  it will be here soon .  This is something they can't stop.  I think they just need to update the system to accommodate old accounts
