Hello,
I was trying to change my subscription to a new plan on my renewal date but instead, it switched to the new plan today, my old subscription was renewed yesterday so I have now been charged with 2 subscriptions. I am looking for some assistance in this regard as the ticket system nor logging into the community account is working for me as the website throws an error.

although PM is prepaid, they will usually reverse the transaction in such case
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

@MH10208 A few people have had this issue the last couple days contact support to let them know and reverse it for you
