What's with this long loading time. For the app?

The Android app does log me in but takes a long time to get to the first page.  Anyone else having the same issue? The status circle keeps spinning and spinning and spinning... No problem with any other app or my network.

I find rebooting the phone also helps but I will keep your recommendation as a backup.

Never hurts to uninstall older apps before updating them. Except for the part of resigning in but eh... at least you know you're getting the best updated version with no sloppy seconds leftovers.

@JimRockford_PI  Yes that’s a smart idea if you’re ever having cache issues with it .and keeping it updated too

I am not sure if they tweaked it but previously, the status icon used to spin and spin. I removed the app 5 minutes ago and reinstalled. It works like a charm now!

Using an cleaned incognito and wait for the cows to come home.

Spent almost an hour trying to get into account and here.

Then about to post Lights Dim Cant See almost anything.Scrool up and its a Flippin Survey!  That Ballon is annoying when hitting reply.

Lights out again! The survey is back!

Yes, it takes awhile when I tried login on my app too so I login on my computer.

@JimRockford_PI  Try the website instead of app . Or even from a different device . It’s usually best to do so incognito private mode also to avoid cache issues

try clearing BOTH the app cache as well as the browser cache with your default brower on your phone and see if it helps
