My Account does not even show me what my plan is any more? It automatically changed in may/june of 2024. My direct deposit amount went up 33%, but no idea what my current plan includes?

I already have a subscription, my phone still works as it always did, but when I go into my account it says I need to select a subscription plan, give them my SIM number, etc. I dont have a "current subscription" selection option on any screen. But my phone is fine. I just want to see how much data it appears to give me. I pay 28 exactly but I dont know if thats the $19 or the $23 plan. And if you need any help and this ridiculous automated systems gets a hold of you, good luck!

you can check your current plan at My Account's Subscription page
However, I am pretty sure PM didn't change your plan, it just that you missed the announcement regarding rewards plans change back in March, which took effect in May, and that affected your payment upfront
PM retired the old reward system earlier (May 2024) and everyone migrated on the new Public Points system.
https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/move-to-public-points
With this new system, you pay the full amount first (with the Available Funds on your My Account or via your credit/debit card on the system), and hence you see a higher charge now.
After renewal, PM will give you the points to your reward account within 48 hours. Once you collected 15 points, you can redeem $15 bill payment yourself to bring the next payment down. Or you can also use points to buy add-ons with a discounted price
For how to earn points with Public Points,
I have to admit Public Points rewards is not as good as the Legacy rewards system, but you are still saving money, just in a slower pace
Here is more information about the rewards system migration:
