PM said they will email everyone by Mar 8 (then changed to Mar 12) about the rewards changes, then will be sent an SMS with the data bonus.
I have a long issue with PM where they have never sent me an email in the last 4-5 years. They keep saying some customers are only contacted by SMS.
I manage 4 family accounts and with regards to the rewards changes:
2 accounts received emails but no SMS.
1 account received only SMS, no email.
and my account received neither.
We have never opted out of emails or SMS.
I ask PM to state their logic for contacting customers. Why some by email and some by SMS, and some never?

I did not get any email nor SMS from PM regarding bonuses.
PM said it will send those notifications in batches so maybe we should be a patient. Some people report they received such notes so it looks like PM is doing something but VERY slow.
Like how difficult is to can get emails from active accounts and send an emails/SMS?

To date, I also have not received any communication either☹️.
I wrote them, and they wrote back saying to wait. They have lots to send out and can not be rushed or asked for the email ahead of MY scheduled time!?
So I have no idea how much 'bonus' special thanks I will be getting.

Similar in my case,
4 accounts: 2 email and 2 texts confirmation.
If you login into your account either via app or website, you will also get a pop up message informing about the upcoming changes.

@zaptor99 I to have not been emailed or got a text about this awful forced migration to the new points system . And not happy about it either will do my part in fighting the greedy multi billion dollar company tooth and nail
