If person I referred to PM changes its phone number due to porting or just to pick 'nicer' number, how that reflects on my referral reward status?
Will Refer-a-Friend be automatically updated or I have to do something?

Your status would stay the same since their account number is the same. The account number is different than the phone number. So no worries.

The reward for refer a friend will still work unless they number is ported out or account is cancelled.
As long as the renewal of the plan is going, the reward will be applied and last four digits of the new number will be updated in my account page.

for Refer-a-Friend is it not in phone number is it in your friend account no matter what they changed phone number the account is same account, also they rewards they same in account not in phone number...
*you will earn $1 every 30 days for each friend you refer to Public Mobile who enters your unique referral code in the referral code box during activation.

No, you do not lose referral. It is tied to the account, not the specific phone number. You should see their new number after they change it.

Everything updates automatically but you may want to make a note of the new set of 4 digits reflected on your rewards page for their phone number so you can keep track of each of your referrals....as in who is who.

@Meow It shouldn't make a difference if the person referred changes their number, your list of who you referred (last 4 digits) will get updated with the change. Only if they suspend or leave PM will it affect your referral rewards.
