Hello @Padbol26 ,
See and try the other suggestions in the previous posts.
If you do not have another phone to try your SIM into, then make sure to remove for a few minutes, then replace it. It may have shifted slightly and not making contact correctly inside your phone.

1. Login to your self serve account and check Status. While there confirm last 4 digits of the registered SIM card match the SIM in your phone.
2. Reboot your phone with the SIM installed and report the exact message.
3. What is make/model of your phone and where/when did you purchase it?
4. Try the PM SIM in a different phone and a different SIM in yours.

Can you log in to your self-serve?
Is it active?
Can you go into the Change SIM function and match the last 4 digits to that on your actual SIM card.
If it doesn't then change the password and suspend your service with the lost/stolen function.

First steps:
Restart your phone and also go into your self serve account to see if the plan is in active status.
