Its coming up on the 3rd month, and I still can't login to the website to pay my bill. Yes I tried delete cookies, I even tried all the different browsers no extensions, I tried different ISPs. This is getting frustrating that I have to contact support every end of the month to pay my bill for me. Please fix this. Thanks.

@tkyplain , until the My Account & app is working again can you purchase a voucher & load it on your account by adding it through *611 until it is working again?
