Hi I was wondering if anyone has a ETA when website will be back up? I need to register new sim card and make payment on my expired plan

Got on to website late last night. Attempted to do a sim card swap. Had trouble using my phone, would not save new sim card. Had success using laptop. Now all good plan renewed and able to call and text.

FYI. The system is back online since late yesterday.

My account is supposed to always be set to be on “automatic payment” but sometimes that feature has been “cancelled/changed” and I have needed to get into my account to change it back to “automatic “. Once I had to pay a penalty to public mobile of $100 - just to get my phone plan reinstalled!
To avoid this happening again I go in and check my account to ensure that I am still on “automatic payment”. My payment is due Monday. And now the website is down. (What to do??)
Have you had any luck yet getting into your account?

it was down almost the whole day yesterday. Work again late at night (but I didnt check)
then down again now
