Cyber, FYI, the screen capture of the full version was not included in the email that I received. There was text, but no image - just blank space. It seems that it appears in posts, but not in mail.

I said the same thing when I saw his posts that were blank, I actually thought it was an issue that he was having where I thought he had written something but for some reason it's not showing up. But then he told me his reasonning behind it.

It seems that the mobile version provides the basics, which are good enough for me, and the full version is a whole different ballgame.

In the full version, how does a Featured Topic remain featured? Is it determined by staff, or the amount of views by users?

I use a smartphone only, and my mobile shows no Featured Topics and no pinning.

Can you post what a pinned Featured Post looks like, while including the surroundings?

Once again, thank you for bringing your problem to this thread.

It's my plan, on a weekly basis, to collect the previous week's problems, and then present them to PM in an orderly fashion.

From your posts, I have obtained:
1: a change of phone number should not cause a glitch.
2: there should be technical staff available on the weekends.
3: one should not have to do something at the beginning of the week for fear that, if there is a problem, there will be insufficient time to correct it before the weekend arrives.

Customers of Public Mobile cannot expect to have an issue solved during the weekend, because there is no staff. This situation has to be rectified.

For those who want to modify their phone number, do it earlier in the week. I suggest monday morning. In this way, it leaves you more business days to solve your problem.

Two days ago, I decided to change my phone number. Since this moment, I do not have service.

A representative has to open a ticket with a "Network Specialist" to have my issue fixed.

I just triggered a basic automated function and the system bugged !

Public Mobile have a long way to do before opening to the public.

If anyone has one-time or multiple glitches to report, this is the thread for your report.


The sooner that PM is aware of all glitches and has resolved then, the sooner Beta will be finished.

So, if you know of a glitch or two, COMPLAIN HERE!

I can almost guarantee that its either a Hardware issue or your settings are incorrect. Might want to double check the settings again. The reason why I say what I said MMS on the Bellus's Network Run flawlessly.
