I call my friend who also is on public mobile the call shows up on her and but on my end it says call can't be completed dial 611 for technical help and then it just tells me about my billing crap. When when I went on my voicemail and I heard the messages that I missed I could hear somebody on the other line listening to them I put a password on my voicemail so I have to put it in to get my voicemail has anybody else has have this problem does it sound like my phone has been cloned?

Try reboot phone and Reset Network Settings
But if the calls are the same, ask PM to re-provision the sim
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
