It's saying my number isn't Canadian and I need to transfer it. I do not have my old phone and sim but they are working

@Jeninfinity who is your current phone number with? Maybe you can contact them directly to see if they have received a number porting request

@Jeninfinity , you are going to need access to your old service anyway to confirm the number transfer. Try the number transfer again using incognito mode on a browser of after clearing data on the mobile app.
