How to activate physical sim after selecting e-Sim option?

Hi, I purchase a physical sim due the strikes, but had originally selected the e-sim option. How can I activate the physical sim? Do I still go ahead to activate the e-sim first?

@RonTT if you do not want to proceed with the eSIM you should contact the customer support agent using the link shared by Chalupa_Batman. Let them know you ordered it in error and did not activate it, they should be able to give you a credit. You should be able to activate the phyisical SIM through the Public Mobile app which you should be installed on your phone. From the app, go to the Account tab and select "Change Your SIM card". From here you enter the number found on the SIM card, should be 19 digits

Hello @RonTT 

You will have to create a ticket to a CS Agent to change the option on your account to be able to use the SIM card since you chose eSIM originally.

The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.
