Anyone else trying to setup a new activation and have this error? Possibly due to system upgrades I wonder?

Please understand that customers need to be submitting all tickets using either the chatbot or thorugh the app. Tickets should not be submitted throguh private messaging. I have combined your two message posts.
Also, I have noticed many messages posts by you that repeat others. Please always read through threads before posting as to avoid this.
