Was late paying for autopay and now i added the money and its not working

My auto pay date is june 20th..now i paid n i tried callin out n it says phone not active..now I reset the phone..n i still cant make any calls.. i look at my service it says active..
Now i check my payment history and it says on june 20 auto pay 6$
On june 22nd..$41.from my credit card. Now june 22nd. $25 debit and june 22nd 41.00 from credit card and june 22nd 90/pass ..n june 22nd $160. From credit card now..why cant i text or make calls n why didnt my plan get accepted?

Definitley a serious mixup.

Meanwhile, if you need to make phone calls try an application like that from fongo.com. It provides free calling across Canada from wherever you are connected to wifi, or on cellular data.

Did you try power cycling phone?

Does you account say expired or suspended?

What does your account balance show?
