I've tried turning Roaming Off to stop these error messages but to no avail.
I do not want to purchase a USA Add on for roaming (using an Esim for data). On the IPHONE, Public Mobile is still the primary SIM with the Esim as secondary for data only. The problem persists that I will periodically receive
" 611 Sorry, your plan does not include sending texts while in the US. Incoming texts are included. Roaming Add On ...."
Is there anyway short of removing the PM SIM to stop these warning messages? A minor inconvenience but I would like to stop them if possible,

many thanks to everyone on this post. Removing SIM looks like only option to stop the messages. I might try disabling PM as the Primary link in the dual SIM Iphone leaving the Gigsky Esim active for data.
cheers

HI @George1509 in such case, I think removing PM sim card is the easiest way
An alternative would be to manually choose the network selection for that sim slot, pick anyone OTHER than AT&T and T-Mobile. It won't connect, but it should stop the message
As to why the message pop up, it is always like that for the different carrier I think. Part of the reason is that your phone is set to automatic and it keeps try to connect to network that it can access

As long as you have the PM sim in the phone whilst in US...it's gonna nag you to get an add-on whenever your phone is turned on.
Only thing to avoid it is to remove sim for now until you return home.

thanks .... also an option as a last resort.
However, I have the ESIM active for data and FONGO active for phone/ texts so I don't want to
disable the VOIP service. Just looking for the reason as to why PM continues to send this error message when I am not attempting to use the service in the US. The best solution would be to have a way of simply preventing PM sending these superfluous messages.

HI@George1509 Turn on Airplane mode and then just enable Wifi when you need

Thanks ... I was trying to avoid this. Perhaps if on the IPHONE I could turn off Public Mobile as the Primary
SIM for phone/texts?

@George1509 hi that would be your best bet to remove your sim, keep it safe somewhere until you return home 😀

Remove PM sim until you're back in Canada.
