Just a warning about something I recently discovered. If you try to use a different card for an add-on (in this case, I used my work card to pay for an add-on I needed for work), it replaces your auto-pay with that card. I didn't find this to be at all clear, so I wanted to highlight it for others. Now my monthly payment was made on my work card, which isn't going to go over well - especially given that I won't have a receipt when I have to submit my expenses, since you don't get a receipt for payments and apparently generating one takes 30 days. (!!)

@teleute @Yes a little unfortunate. Going forward using a voucher to pay for a work expense can be better because you get a reciept but vouchers come in set amounts so you may not be able to get the exact amount you need. Using the work card on the account works and you could screen shot the purchase of it on the plans page to help back up your expenses til a receipt is generated by pm. But obviously not ideal. It is important to log in again and manage your card by replace the credit card info again with your card. An extra step but not unmanageable

Yep - as mentioned, I've done that. Was told it can take 30 days, though (and I need to turn in expenses before then).

@teleute You can submit a ticket and ask the moderator to email you a receipt.

You can also make payments with recharge.com and call *611.

Please note that not all topup voucher can be used right away. Some store does batch activation once per day. But the voucher purchased at Shell gas station can be used without long wait.

Good tip for anyone doing this in future - it's definitely easier than going through what I'm going through right now. Thanks!

You can get a payment voucher at 7-11 type store and add it to your account by dialing 611. That way, you'll have some sort of reciept.

I did create a ticket to get a receipt - they're saying it takes 30 days to generate.
I get that PM is supposed to be a low-maintenance/support service, but if that's the case, they really need to up their automation game. What other business do you pay for things via credit card and not automatically get a receipt?

Yes, as I discovered. But when buying an add-on, especially from a phone, that is definitely not made clear.
