Wanting to renew for shorter time but can't submit plan

Hi,

 

My plan expired today and as I am travelling soon I just wanted to renew for a month. I set up what I wanted, hit pay but can't submit. It shows payment went through but I have no plan right now. Please let me know if anyone can help with this

@Help1234, if your plan has expired and is suspended you can't change the plan only MODS can do that and you will need to message them.

In your message please include:
  • PM Phone Number
  • 4 digit PIN (if you don't remember this then they will need at least 3 of the following to verify your identity)
    • account number 
    • date of birth
    • complete address listed on account with postal code
    • email address on account
    • most commonly called numbers
    • alternate number listed on the account
    • last payment date and amount
    • last 4 digits of the credit card
  • Detailed explanation

If your payment went through, but your account shows no plan in place (and you have no service), then something liely got messed up in the process.

 

You should contact the moderator's group (via private message) for assistance in getting this cleared up.
