Hi there,
I recently found there is a $29 5G plan with 10GB data in Canada US and Mexico on the website, when I’m trying to update this plan, I found it’s not in my account. Could you help me to update into this plan?

sorry, not everyone gets all plan now. PM is using a targeted marketing approach. You are supposed to only change to plans available to you

You can try to ask support, but so far it is 50-50. So, they might or might not help
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

If it says its offered to "new activations only" it will not show up on your account, most likely it is a cheaper rate than what you're paying and PM wont downgrade the plan for you. You should check on the website and on the app, as sometimes there is slightly different offers. But they typically only like to push "upgrades" for plans, as in more expensive plans. You can only get the new activation plans by starting a new account with a new sim/phone number unfortunately.
