Want to download my account statement

Hi,

I want to download my account statement which should include my name, address, phone number etc.

Can you please tell me how can I get that

HI @somudinda   you can download the payment history by going to My Account,click Payment history and download there.  The downloaded pdf will have the details you need.  But with the payment, it won't show tax.

If you need to have official statement that shows the tax as well, you will need to open ticket with CS agent:

To open a ticket with PM CS Agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:

Type: I need a one-time invoice sent to me
It will give you some options and one of them is "I need a one-time invoice sent to me", click on it,
Then click "Contact Us" , and then click "Click here to submit a ticket"

you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

tried use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

To Login Page

and go to payment, and download,

you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,
