@Anonymous let's leave it at three then. Not sure which member, but if it's a one off then they were likely mistaken. Maybe they used an alias or have forwarding setup when they did their tests.

I'm saying that I agree with your post. I'm adding the small bit of uncertainty that there is one member that claims to have had success with the account login. So therefore there might be a YMMV aspect.
My testing, and yet another member who had similar results, is to change the username email address. Then try the forgot your password. My testing found that the forgot your password went to the original email address inbox. That tells me that there are 3 email addresses. But one member claims success and so says there's just the 2.

@Anonymous are you saying that in my above example the official email address and self serve user name are now one and the same? I might vaguely recall having a similar conversation with you about this before. As far as I know selfserve still has 2 user name and account email address.
Community I know is seperate, as it's a different system .

There is one member that reports that there're only two email addresses. I have tested without success. Another member has tested similarly. It could be a YMMV matter. Maybe more people could test and report results. Maybe they have and have given bravos in agreement with one or the other. I haven't followed.

@LeciaroverRTK just incase...
PM used 3 email email address
1) selfserve user name / login (you can change)
2) selfserve main email address (only mods can change)
3) community email (you can change)
When changing #2 contact mods via simon as suggested and make sure you clarify you want the main email address not the user name to be changed. Oven they will mixup the two and say you can change it yourself .

In order to change your email address in your self serve account and continue to be eligible to recieve any community reward you may or may not earn you must ensure both your community accounts email and the new email for account match. It's best to create a new community profile using the new email address. Then send the moderators a private message from the new profile giving your info identifying you as the account holder and request that they change your account email to the new one that also matches the community profile you have messaged them from.
After addressing Moderator_team and adding "change account email" in the subject line and adding a detailed message that includes the following:
- Current account email, pin #, full name and address.
- Community profile associated with above email/account.
- The email you wish to change it to that matches your new community profile.
If you cannot remember your pin # you must include at least 3 of the following:
- Date of birth.
- Alternate phone number on account if any.
- Last payment, type, amount, date, last 4 digits.
- Plan amount, any add ons, recent plan changes.
- Autopay y/n?
- Security question and answer.
- Frequently called or texted phone numbers.
Keep an eye on the envelope icon next to your avatar at the top right corner of your screen for a little number to pop up indicating a message from the moderators. Responding promptly to messages will speed up service times. Currently wait times are 2 to 4 hours up to 48 hours for non urgent requests.
