I lost access to my email, and I created new email, could you please update my email

please remove your personal info,. We are just customers and you don't want your info here
Even without access to old email, you can still use that to login My Account as long as you have the password. If you can login, you can update your email yourself. Login My Account using the old email. Go to profile page, click Manage EverSafe ID and you can update there. You can also do that on the PM app and go to Acocunt page
Just in case you cannot login still, then ask PM support agent to help. You can submit ticket by direct message:
