I have my credit card registered with my account, but I have autopay on my mother's debit card. I want to remove my mother's card so I can use my own debit to pay for a better plan. There is only an option to change my credit card info, but nothing to remove or change debit info for my Public Mobile account.

@UJMill Your all over the place with credit.. debit etc.. switching is not hard.. but must be an actual CC or visa debit type card…

You cannot use debit to pay PM bill. Only credit or VISA/MC debit.
Try to change cards yourself. If it does not work Very first time contact agent to help you out.
Before you commence card change use clean browser - clean cache or different browser to avoid caching issue PM has.

Hi @UJMill just go ahead and update new card in a single step. Once updated, the old one will be removed
PM will take Visa debit and some MC debit
