That’s what I was thinking! You search, find a topic covering exactly the same thing with just a short number of very short concise answers so you ask the same question to see if you get all the same answers AGAIN.

If you want to cancel your plan and have autopay setup then just remove it.

@Cowboy_1 If your were using vouchers to renew simply don't pay. If you were using AutoPay access your selfserve account online and remove your credit card on file.

Porting your number to another provider will automatically close your account too. Note Your PM account must be actibe to port.

Stop your autopay or reduce funds to zero and your account will stop automatically.
Account will run to normal renewal date

Log into your self serve account
If you're on auto-pay remove your credit card by clicking payment then it's bottom left. Or call 611 to remove auto-pay. You still will have to log in to delete card details.
Since PM is prepaid just don't pay anymore. Have 90 days of an inactive account. System will delete the account.
