Also, if you've used any of the add-on then it would be very unlikely that they would credit anything back.

If you are worried about being charged every 30 days for your add-on you don't have anything to worry about all add on purchases other than 10-day US roaming add ons are one time purchases that do not expire they simply sit on your account to supplement your plan features when needed rolling over every 30 days until completely consumed.....then it will disappear from your account.
Public Mobile is not like other providers who consider an add-on just a way to keep adding on to your bill at the end of the month! And the next month and the next month after that....
If you accidentally added an add-on by mistake then yes as others have instructed you just contact customer support and ask them to credit your account and they will remove it.

You can try asking agent to do that for you (and refund $) but usually it is final sale unless it is not working at all.
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here
Watch for envelope in top right corner of Community page. It will show Number of unread emails.

@Tony4659 addons will stay on your account until used up, so if this something that can be used eventually you can just leave it as is.
But, if this was an honest mistake, ask CSA if they can reverse the addon and credit your account in the dollar value it is worth.
Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:
