There is an option to have another phone number through apps in the app store. This would generally require data to receive texts and phone calls, but it could be preferable depending on your use case

Nope...each account needs a separate sim card and a different email address. You can use the same credit card though...if that helps.

Unfortunately No, only one account/email address. You will need to create another email for the second account/line.

If you meant you want to manage multiple numbers on 1 account, like family account,No.  One number on one account.  You need another email to start another My Account
