I activated my account on Nov 25 and ordered a $5 SIM card to be mailed to me. I still haven't gotten my SIM card, am I being charged for the plan when I cant even use it ? Thanks in advance!

Officially, it can take up to 10 business days to arrive. Your plan will not start the 30 days cycle until you officially activate with your SIM card.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . Or if you can get a credit for buying a new SIM card .message support directly while your already here and logged in the community you can send a private message To CS_Agents click

It can take upwards of 3 weeks to arrive.

HI @Tenzy PM could be as many as 1 to 3 weeks to ship out sim card.
if you dont want the wait, get one in person from Telus or Koodo store locally and send open a ticket with CS agent and ask them to reimburse
