Hi,
Since yesterday I was able to get a hold of 4 telus porting member over the phone and none was able to port my number to Public Mobile. They all say they can't do it for Public Mobile....
Those that were able, what do you tell them?
I am very frustrated by this whole thing

Do you actually say its for Porting to Public Mobile or say its for Telus....as soon as I say public mobile they stopp completely helping me

Yeah and the steps are...? I call in, telus reply, and they tell me to call the number im already calling, its legit a viscious stupid circle.

they are not spam, I just got another reply saying the number works
It is true the support is very busy this weekend from the BF deals. Please message agent again for help
at the same time, try calling the number yet again

But yet nobody reply to any of the post on how they did it, I only get spammed by people with the same number and over again

the porting team supposed to help. I sent to many and there were at least 4 came back and told me the team was able to help
But since you tried so many times, no point to try again. Please submit a ticket with CS agent here by messaging:
