WHY offers cannot be silenced after clicking on X?

I would APPRECIATE if after clicking circled X offers Stop appearing on my screen. Kind of boring to do it every time. If I saw it once I do not have to see it again zillion times.

I have mentioned this to Public Mobile. how it keeps coming back.  I don't like it either, but it's minor compared to other issues.

What it tells me is that they do in fact have the wherewithal to put up notices to let us know about maintenance or outages or whatever. Maybe blinking red would be useful too.
But sure yes to then click the x and not see it again until next login would be good.

I've seen it and not too bothered about it. If chosen to be a beta tester, I would suggest an option in our settings for generating offers at top of page checked yes or no.
