WHY can’t existing members buy Canada/USA/Mexico plan

I see NEW members can sign up for 50gb data Canada/USA/Mexico plans. BUT as a member since 2019 - NO plans for the 3 countries are offered?!!

In your self service account, you should see at least the following more expensive Canada-Mex-USA roaming plans:

Customers on the more expensive existing plans should likely see the above plans.  

 

but at least you see one or two Canada/US/Mex plans?

I tried the app, but as soon as I sign in It doesn’t offer to members. Only new activations. I will try incognito. thanks

Thanks. That’s frustrating since I don’t  even have one plan that has an option for Mexico nor an add on for Mexico . But new Members can have access. I am on 60 gb Canada/USA. I would prefer the 50 gb Canada/Mexico/USA plan. It is a pain to go get a different SIM for when we are in Mexico, when Public does have such plans- but not offered to everyone.

Public mobile has switched to personalized plan offers for existing customers.  Each existing customers will get different options to change to.  The bad news is that it seems that most of the plans offered to existing customers cost more than their existing plan.  

Which plan are you on presently?  Check your account and you should see some Mexico roaming plans.  Likely more expensive than your existing plan.

you should .  try using the PM app as well as browser with Incognito mode to check Change Subscription page 

I think everyone will see $55  and $45 plan.  Some will even see $35 and the $29 ones
