I HAVE LITERALLY BEEN TRYING FOR OVER 24 HOURS TO LOGIN AND CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE
I HAVE CHATTED WITHTHE NONSENSE BOT
I HAVE CHATTED WITH THE NONSENSE SALES TEAM - WHICH IS VERY ACCESSIBLE
BUT FOR SOME REASON - TO SPEAK TO A HUMAN BEING AT THIS COMPANY THAT CAN RESOLVE ISSUES WITH PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OFFERED BY PUBLIC MOBILE IS NEAR IMPOSSIBLE.
IS THERE ACTUALLY A CUSTOMER SERVICE GROUP OR INDIVIDUAL OR MAILBOX? OR IS IT A TRICK, YOU JUST SAY THERE IS CUSTOMER SERVICE BUT THERE;S NOT.
AND WITH SO MANY PEOPLE HAVING THE SAME TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, WHY HASNT ANYONE CHANGED THIS? MADE AN IMPROVEMENT? ADDRESSED THE NONSENSICAL NATURE OF THIS COMPANY'S APPROACH TO CUSTOMERSERVICE - WHICH SEEMS TO BE NOT TO HAVE IT.
DOES PUBLIC MOBILE HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I have had the same problem. It's very frustrating and I finally gave up. Today, I did have another issue and I managed to connect with a CS rep via PM. I did get a response and answered his question but I am still waiting for his response.
You need to log in to community to be able to private message customer service.

I understand your frustration Please click om messages and then sent your question to CS_Agent and ask for a solution to your problem.

again...so tell us what the problem you're having...someone here can provide guidance. If you wanna continue to play I Gotta Secret and not tell anyone what the prob is and only need advise on how to contact a Customer Support Agent...you've been given advise and a link to do so.

then choose the new mail icon and in to type cs_agent, it'll come up/populate the field. Then you can message them too. I've already got a reply asking for more details. I'm really hoping I don't need a new SIM - this same thing is happening to my kids phones too.

not sure we all have same icon, but mine looks like that little Starburst, click it - then messages.

Why don't you want to share what your problem is?
The link provided twice earlier should work. It should open to something like an email with the support username pre-filled. You type in something in the subject and then the body and send it off.

I've been with them for years and never had any issue changing plans etc. That link to message CS worked for me ... I'll let you know what they say.

the Community Forum is the 1st line for troubleshooting your PM problems. The forum is jam packed with genius's who have broad based knowledge on all things PM. If we can't get you sorted, we'll give you guidance on next steps. Tell us the crux of your particular PM issue and we'll give you suggestions to fix 'em. We're usually much faster than calling a call center that's located off-shore...and you don't have to listen to 45 minutes of elevator music while you wait. Give us something to work with you on here !

Yes PM does have customer service (CS_Agent) but everything is done all online for communication because PM is an online service.
To avoid going around in circles with Chatbot. Just click on the envelope icon on your computer and private message an CS_Agent.
But most simple issue can be solved here on this public community forum so ask away.

I'm very frustrated too. I have things to do but cannot do them without a network so I'm reachable. Very frustrating.

PM does not provide live - voice support.
All support is done through tickets and personal mail.
So far I always had great experience with agents. You just have to be patient and properly explain your issue.
