Vouchers not working

 I bought a $ 40 voucher last evening at Shopper's  Drugmart and it  not working. This am I bought $25 voucher at Petro Canada and it also not working. When I logged on  to self service it said my service is on hold. Very frustrating situation. Please help!!!!

I have only bought a voucher once a few weeks ago to test it from a gas station and it was just long white receipt paper that was printed from the cash register. It did not say Public Mobile and when i asked the attendant they didnt know why,  but it worked when I used it.

@Madison_girl - Usually any voucher with the Public Mobile Logo works (Even the old... old logo and the old logo) work. Does it look like this with a lot of carrier names?

Is your service suspended due to no pay?
You should be able to pay with voucher through web site.

I guess you are entering correct (long) number. And you are definitely sure you bought voucher for PM and not Koodo nor Telus?

Hi, is this the first time you have used a voucher? What is the error message? Ensure that you are entering the numbers correctly.

Firstly, @Madison_girl , make sure you’re using the correct set of numbers on the voucher.

If you cannot get it loaded using the Public Mobile app, under the payment tab, try the website access.

If that doesn’t work, try dialling 611 from your device and adding the voucher that way.

not all stores have voucher that can be used immediately, some need to wait 24 hours.  When did you buy from Petro Can?  Maybe wait the 24 hours first and try again

or you can check if support if still unable to use after 24 hours
