Been told to ask for help through the community forum my PIN for my voucher is xxxxxxxxxxx and it says it's not able to process this transaction at this time to ask for help my phone number is xxxxxxxxx and my name is Brandon can you guys help me or add this to my account so I can use my phone again as my plan was supposed to renew and I can't do anything

sign in to Self-Serve, to review your account, if you found at Available Funds: $$ has the amount left,

if not see it ty with 2hr

i suggest you close all Browser and do clear cache and cookies for any Browser,

and try open one Browser incognito mode,

or try it for a different Browser and open incognito mode,

and use a Browser from your computer,is better

use Browser microsoft edge or chrome latest version
and just make sure your Browser is up to date update
sometime is the Browser is not update is give a issue.

and if you use a home internet take your power internet off for about

a 1 minute and put it back on,to refreshing your network,

So it looks like about 2 hours for Circle K vouchers to work. It would great if you posted a screenshot of the $20 voucher you have already redeemed and shared your experience in the voucher catalogue for future community members using Circle K vouchers.

You need to wait another hour and try the $40 voucher.

 

  1. $20 voucher worked.
  2. $40 voucher did not work.

You used up your two payment tries for this hour. The $40 voucher should work in your next try one hour from now.

Do those vouchers specify they're for Public Mobile or some other cell network provider ?

@darlicious   I wonder if the voucher system has any issue.. at least 4 tickets today..

No experience with Circle K. Please not my above comments. Is it a Blackhawk voucher? That's the terminal supplier.

 @Ryanj92 : Did you try the 611 service? Are you using the right 12 digit set of #'s if multiple? Use the one called PIN.

If you tell us the specific retailer you purchased from we may be able to give you more specific validity wait times.

 

I can tell you pm vouchers purchased from 7/11, SDM, Shell stations and London Drugs are all immediately valid upon purchase. Both self serve and 611 only allow two attempted payments any one time. You then have to wait one full hour before trying again.

 

Be sure to use the 12 digit pin # listed on the voucher.

Sometimes it can take some time before the terminal where you purchase the voucher synchs with Public mobile side.  

 

As mentioned above, depending how you entered the PIN, you could enter either via self service account or dialing 611.  

 

In the past, depending on how your voucher looks, there sometimes is another set of numbers that people get confused.  Make sure that you are entering the right set of numbers.

I removed your personal information.  You would not want somebody to steal your voucher number.  

 

When did you purchase your voucher?  Some vouchers do take a few hours to activate and some people even had to wait overnight.  You could also try loading the PIN via dialing 611 on your phone.

You will usually find it at the top or bottom of the receipt. To top up your account with a voucher, log into your  Self-Serve, account, click on the "Payment" tab, then "One-time payment". In the form that appears on the next page, click on "Payment voucher" as the payment method, enter the voucher code below, then click "Submit".
