... sad but true.. sometime people can't access the self-serve.  It might be system problem, it might be people forgot the username/password.   Also, it could be credit card issue, can be the credit card itself is the problem (not related with PM) or could be system issue with PM

Not everyone has a credit or debit/card to use or choose not have one registered for autopay or have a valid one or one that can carry a balance so vouchers offer an alternative way to pay for your services. It is also the easiest way to pay thru 611 and reactivate your services instantly. Some customers have never set up their self serve account or have access to a computer/internet to access their account.

 @Meow : You've been here a while now...maybe start your own thread. Maybe an Oracle might come along and pull this segment out themselves.

Some people might not have credit cards. Some might not have a bank with Visa Debit. Some might be opposed to putting their credits in on a system. Prepaid gift cards have a bit of a fee up front. And then each time.

It takes a few hours for activation.  When did you purchase it ?

 @Alookla : Some voucher vendors are known to have a delay. Where did you get it from? Did you try using the 611 service? Are you using the PIN if there are more than one 12 digit sets on the printout?

@Alookla   Double check that you're entering the correct PIN (12 digits).  Try dialing 611 to enter the voucher if you tried within your account already.  Also some voucher funds take several hours before becoming available, so you might need to keep trying over the next few hours.
