@StephenAS Some vouchers have a wait time of several hours before the funds become available, so try again later. There's been many posts mentioning 611 isn't working properly right now (PM is aware and working on a fix) so try adding the voucher in the self serve account if your tried 611.
Make sure to login using incognito/private though to bypass the caching problems with the self serve site.
