New customer, how do you access voicemail

check voicemail FAQ here:https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/voicemail-faqs
but generally press and hold 1 and you will get to voicemail.
if that doesn't work, Reboot phone and click Reset network settings and it will program the key and try again
if still unable to get to voicemail, try calling one of the numbers on this page:
