Voicemail says no messages

I’m having issue with my voicemail. I can access and login with password but it tells me I have no messages when I know there are multiple that have been left that I have not listened to. 
I followed the steps to restart iphone and reset voicemail password but still same issue

new message that i got yesterday, I played it, but now i cant find the message, it keeps playing the saved messages

was that a new message you try to listen to ? or you trying to listen to an older message you had from couple days ago?

I have an important message and i can't find the voicemail messages, I did all the procedures like dialing my voicemail but its still the same. Please someone reply

hi @roish are you on iPhone?? if you are, you might have iPhone's Live voicemail enabled and that confused everything.  You can disable it if you want
