Some challenges accessing my voicemail easily.
I can access my voicemail if I type in my 10 digit number.
I can’t access my VM via the Voicemail button on my iPhone, or by pressing and holding ‘1’
In my eSIM ‘My Number’ is blank. I’m guessing that’s the issue.
No number is visible in the Apple Phone App under ‘My Number’
- Live Voicemail has been disabled.
- I transferred my number before Christmas. It’s been weeks, so it’s not pending transfer.
Any help to make it easier to access VM would be greatly appreciated.

This worked!
I turned ‘Off’ the Cellular eSIM.
Turned it back on. When it reloaded, my number appeared automatically from Public Mobile.

make sure you disable Live Voicemail as it could have conflict with it
Then click Reset Network Settings
if that does not work, open the dialer app, setup using the voicemail button there
choose one of the number from here:

Try resetting the Network settings on your iPhone and see if that helps.

@KEYInAB , please try the key sequences in this link to add a voicemail number. For Public Mobile voicemail, the 10 digit number is generally your area code plus 580-4001.
