Hi, this question is more "out of curiosity". Whenever I check my voicemails, there is an added entry afterwards that says "Originating Location = All". I verified and can confirm that this entry is NOT added to my minutes. Just curious what this entry is all about as I cannot see any correlation between this entry and my actual voicemail calls. Thanks.

When you receive a phone call and you do not answer, or your phone is turned off, the call gets redirected to the voice mail system, which is basically a phone number. However, you are not getting charged airtime for this, even though in Self-Serve this is being displayed as an outgoing call to the voicemail.
Only calls originating from your phone to the voicemail are being charged (and not all of them, for example, calls under 10 seconds usually do not get charged).

@mobileguy , the areacode-580-4001 calls are to voicemail. I believe All means the caller was forwarded to voicemail.
