@Qiuchangzhi Make sure roaming is turned on and maybe try restarting your phone. Power down remove sim card wait for 15 minutes and try again.

Hi,
On your online account, does it show you have the correct US Roaming add-on under "Data & add-Ons"?
On your phone, are you able to select and try another network provider such as AT&T?
