When I don't answer an incoming call my phone goes to the recording your call cannot be completed as dialed instead of to voice mail

Can anybody tell me how to get this fixed?

@Arch772  Since you mentioned that calls do route to voicemail if the call is received while you are already on a call or decline the call, I'd suggest you:

  1. Reset the conditional call forwards by dialing either ##004# or individually ##61#, ##62# and ##63#
  2. If still not resolved, it could be an issue with LTE to 3G handoff. To test if this is the case, try disabling LTE / forcing 3G mode in the network settings, then see if that improves the ability to receive incoming calls.

@Arch772 check the call forwarding first, from. option in your dialer app or use the * code, would be a much quicker fix

I am thinking it is a programing error  is there anyway to get in touch with public mobile?

@Arch772  you can use the option on the phone dialer or chexk this list, make sure Busy, Not reachable, No reply are set to Forward to your voicemail

Mail box is setup and password works. It will go to voice mail if I am on the phone or decline the call

@Arch772 Have you tried to access your voicemail from your phone.  Sometimes you need to initiate the voicemail box.  The other thing to try is to logon to your account and set the voicemail password.  That might initiate the voicemail box too.
