Hi

 I have lost my phone with the sim. Now I got the new sim and I want to activate new sim to my same number. My current number is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

 this is my new SIM card xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.

 

please help to activate this sim to my number xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

@Danesraj 

DO NOT activate the new SIM. All you need to do is to login to your account and replace the old SIM number with the new Sim number. That's it.

Hi @Danesraj   you can complete it yourself

 

Login to My Account on a Computer (desktop or laptop), go to Profile, you can then change sim card there

@Danesraj  This needs to be done in a computer on self serve profile tab SIM card swap

@Danesraj   Please remove your sim card number and phone number for your own protection. .  click on the down arrow on top right and Edit Message and remove it

 

To tie the  new sim card to your number,   go to My Account from ONLY a desktop or laptop computer to request Change Sim card (please note that due to some glitches, accessing change sim care from mobile phone or tablet won't work)

 

After you logged in, unsuspend first if you have suspended your service earlier.

Then click Quick Links on the top right and select Change Sim card and follow the steps:
