Freedom Mobile cuts off voice calls at 2 hours (which was a really bad policy during covid when people were routinely put on hold for more than 2 hours).
Does Public Mobile have a maximum on voice call duration?

indeed, there is some variation among users for this.
Personally, one of our accounts had calls cut off after about 90 minutes.
This is something you should be able to request a reasonable response from the customer support agents as it relates to your service.
Ask them to confirm so that you will know what you can expect when on a hold pattern in the future.

@geeloo , I find the call duration thing to be really YMMV. I have been cut off at exactly 2 hours but I have also gone past 3 hours. Best to assume that there are duration limits so as not to be disappointed.

@geeloo my kids have made calls to their friends for 5 hrs before. I heard a some point it was right around 5 hrs
