Anyone know why when video is click on to watch it started and just stop suddenly.

I can surf the web and check email etc but just can not watch youtube video

probably need more information.
is this a web video? you can share the link?
also, try to disable data and use only Wifi see if it works.. this will confirm if it is a data issue with PM .. or website/phone issue

We're presuming your utilizing available plan data, and not a Wi-Fi connection? If Wi-Fi, home-based or public site?
If problem persists, I would recommend restarting the video and selecting a lower video quality (like 480, if available)

The is likley the result of either network conditions or of an issue with the site that is hosting the video. It's also possible that the video requires more bandwidth than the speed that Public is providing on your plan. However, video sites usually attempt to buffer enough video ahead of time to ensure smooth playback.
