Has anyone network stop working this morning. I restarted my phone about 4 times and I am still getting the same message. No Register network. I will like to know, if anyone has expreiensed this today?

I'm in Toronto and in the last couple months I've had my service randomly drop on calls. On a recent drop I had to turn my phone off and on to regain service. It's not consistent enough to be an issue, but I do find it happens sometimes with public.

yes @cc-man , it is a good indicator to try Bell. Bell and PM uses same network
if still have problem with PM, report to PM support agent

Thank you for your response. I have tried removing and inserting again.
I don't have another SIM to try. This is very frustrating, I have been with public mobile for over 15 years now. Never had this problem. I had to reset my login password. When i got in my account is completed gone. WTF

yes, at least some part in Quebec , mainly Montreal, has Network outage

where you are? or check the outage nap yourself
Also, try your sim on another phone and check if your account is active

Works fine for me in GTA.
Did you try pulling out SIM and reinserting it?
Can you try different SIM to confirm issue with phone, sim or network?
